- At Banarasi Vastram, the courier partner is selected based on serviceability and delivery efficiency at your PIN code, and we reserve the right to change the courier service without prior notice for better delivery performance.
- All shipments are handled as per the respective courier company’s policies and operations.
- In case of any delay, responsibility lies with the courier company; however, we will assist you in resolving the issue.
- Estimated delivery timelines are provided for reference only and may vary due to factors such as location, weather conditions, operational delays, or unforeseen circumstances.
- Any incorrect or incomplete address/phone number provided by the customer may lead to delays or non-delivery. In such cases, the company will not be responsible.

- Customers can also directly contact the courier company for real-time updates if needed.
- For return or damage claims, a proper unboxing video is mandatory without cuts or edits. Claims without video proof may not be accepted.
- At Banarasi Vastram, we ensure every product undergoes careful finishing and quality checks before dispatch, so you receive only the finest craftsmanship.
- For all international orders, any applicable VAT, import duties, customs charges, or local taxes are the responsibility of the customer. These charges must be paid directly to the courier partner at the time of delivery.
- Please note that these charges are over and above the product or order value paid at checkout. Since such fees are governed by the destination country’s customs regulations, they may vary from country to country and are beyond the control of Banarasi Vastram.
Order Processing Time
